KNITTING PROCESS

The constant search for particular types of yarns linked to our technician’s professionalism has led to the development of interesting knitted fabrics.

DYEING PROCESS

A mix of colors

To obtain the desired color, laboratory tests are carried out through “recipes” of colors on small pieces of fabric which will then be proportionally replicated during the industrial dyeing phase.

FINISHING PROCESS

Textile ennobling

During the finishing process we give dimensional stability (the maximum shrinkage that can be made to washing), a more or less soft hand, a more or less shiny appearance and many other interesting details which are the result of experience and, sometimes, real working “experiments”.

QUALITY CONTROL

Each roll is rigorously inspected and approved before being included in the collection to ensure the quality standards that the market requires.
